Governance ‘has improved in two-thirds of Africa’, Business Day (South Africa)

Governance has improved in almost two-thirds of the countries in sub Saharan Africa, according to this year’s Ibrahim index of African governance, with SA in fifth place among 48 states on the index. It showed that 31 of 48 states recorded higher scores than in last year’s survey, with Liberia the most improved.
